This City’s Centre is using live video streaming and mobile technologies to present some aspects of This City’s Centre 3. Here, Now online as part of UNEXPECTED, Exeter City Council’s new arts festival 15-22 September. Two live streams are drawn from 6 inputs from Exeter homes and streets continually screening as part of the even, and one at a time is streamed online. This means there is a contemplative pace to the changing images.
