The 11:11:11 UpStage Festival node at MAD Emergent Arts Centre in Eindhoven (Netherlands) will run concurrently with a Hackathon.

The Hackathon is a day of live programming, hacking, circuit bending, app dev, data visualisation, kinect performances as well as Upstage screenings, offering the opportunity for inspiring cross-communication between UpStage artists and audiences, and Hackathon participants.
