In September, Helen Varley Jamieson will have a second residency at the University of Creative Arts in Farnham.
Last year, Helen spent two weeks at UCA at the invitation of lecturer Yuwei Lin; she gave presentations and workshops, and collaborated with Yuwei and some of the students to create the performance “The Ultimate Flood Survival Guide” (it was shortly after there had been significant flooding in the area).
This year in her residency Helen will introduce students to UpStage and other means of digital storytelling, including using geocaching, QR codes and augmented reality Zappar codes that can be placed in an environment and accessed via mobile devices.
More information about the residency will be provided closer to the time.
